Should you unfortunately notice a dead fish in the aquarium, we kindly ask someone to remove this. If dead fish are left they will decompose and pollute the water for the other livestock. Once removed, please identify the fish species from the poster and inform the support team, by email or phone, so we can ensure a replacement is provided on the next visit for you. This is completely free of charge. Please ensure that the aquarium power is then turned back on.
On column style aquariums, the hood lifts up (approximately 60mm) and pivots round to the side. It does not have a hinge and open backwards. Do not force the hood, as this may damage and break.
