This year we have seen the most ever bookings for our Aqua Explorer rock pool experience!Ā The elves at Aqualease are currently busy behind the scenes building a whole other rock pool, so we can visit even more schools! š¦šš
We are delighted that our classroom projects have proven a popular school trip alternative during these difficult times. Children have gone without so much over the last year or so, that it is a joy to see their happy, inquisitive faces and provide them with a truly unique hands on experience!
Our Marine Rangers have received so much positive feedback from teachersĀ about how much the children (and staff!) enjoy the day.Ā Not only is the experience educational, the children come away feeling brave andĀ inspired!
For those who aren’t aware we offer custom experiences too, for example weĀ are deliveringĀ 3 day rock pool experiences to accommodate whole schools.
We are also working with a special school and delivering 6 sensory sessions throughout the next school year.Ā We are passionate about offering an inclusive and immersive experience for all children.
We can work with you on themes and have done beach days previously – this would be fantastic in September after so many of us will be missing out on a holiday abroad!Ā We can bring the seaside to you!
The experience fits in with a wide range of topics throughout the school year and is suitable for EYFS, KS1 and KS2.Ā Our expert Marine RangersĀ deliver an educational talk and encourage children to ask as many questions as they can think of.Ā We also bring fun activity worksheets for the children to complete when they are not up at the rock pool handling the creatures.
