Tropical Aquariums – This is a daily task and important to check. It is rare for there to be a problem, but the heater/thermostat can occasionally be faulty. Therefore we ask to check this daily. The temperature requires to be between 24-26 0C (75-79 0F). If the temperature range is below or above this, please call the service team 0845 3 904 903.
Coldwater Aquariums – Goldfish aquariums the temperature is not critical and therefore doesn’t need to be checked.
