This may be due to the aquarium light being left on too long. Please ask the person responsible, if they are doing this correctly (7 hours maximum per day). Secondly, check that the ‘loach’ or ‘plecostomus’ is still alive. Being a smaller fish they may go unnoticed. Call the service team to report any losses.
